Do you design the lighting or only install it?
We design and install. We plan power, lighting and controls together, so pot lights line up and every circuit is sized for what comes next. We also work from a designer’s or architect’s drawings.
What types of lighting do you install?
Pot lights and recessed fixtures, trimless recessed lights, track and magnetic systems, LED strip and cove lighting, chandeliers and pendants, bathroom and vanity lighting, and exterior façade, entry and soffit lighting.
Do you supply the light fixtures?
Yes. We supply and install fixtures in the categories shown on our products page.
Do you install dimmers and smart controls?
Yes. We install dimmers, smart controls and sensors ourselves, together with the LED drivers and low-voltage power supplies the lighting needs.
Is an ESA permit needed for lighting work?
We handle the ESA notification and inspection for the electrical work we do, as a licensed contractor (#7013769).
How much does lighting installation cost?
It depends on the number and type of fixtures, access to the ceiling and the controls you choose. We give you a quote after reviewing your drawings or photos, and estimates are free.
